
Malina competes as a Women’s Artistic Junior Olympic Compulsory Athlete in Gymnastics. She practice 16 hours per week. The four events she participates in are vault, uneven bars, floor exercise, and balance beam. “Conditioning is important in obtaining the flexibility and endurance to perform in these events” Malina says. Training has taught me extreme discipline, not only as an athlete, but in my focus overall”.
